About this app

Keeping a diabetes diary on your Android device is easy with the Wellion SiDiary app. Here you can quickly enter all data relevant to therapy, such as blood sugar, carbohydrates (BE/KE), medication such as insulin, etc. in a simple input mask and then view them on your Android device and evaluate them with the statistics function or trend analysis.

If you are already using the PC version of Wellion SiDiary to read your Wellion device, you can also view this imported data on your Android device by simply synchronizing it with Wellion SiDiary Online.

The functions in detail:
• Easiest transfer of all data directly with your Bluetooth-enabled Wellion product (see list below)
• fast data synchronization with Wellion SiDiary Online and your Wellion product. From there you can print out the data regardless of the operating system or continue synchronizing it with your PC version
• All data can also be entered in a scrollable input mask using the numeric keyboard
• clear display of the daily data
• Extensive statistical graphics (pie chart, trend curve, standard day and detailed statistics)
• Trend analysis (How has the treatment developed in the last X days/weeks/months?)
• Fast data synchronization with Wellion SiDiary Online. From there you can print out the data regardless of the operating system or continue synchronizing it with your PC version.
• Automatic synchronization if desired (when exiting the program and/or at midnight).
• User-defined data types that you have created on the PC can also be used on the Android after synchronization with Wellion SiDiary Online.
• Blood glucose values ​​can be entered in mg/dl or mmol/l
• Weight entry in kg or lbs
• Carbohydrates in grams or any exchange unit (BU/CU etc.)
• Date format dd.mm or mm-dd
• Time format 24h or am/pm

The Android version can be used independently of the PC, but it can also complement the PC version. For example, read your Wellion device on the PC and only note additional data on Android. All of this data is then merged into a comprehensive diary via synchronization with Wellion SiDiary Online. Since you decide yourself when and whether the data should be synchronized with Wellion SiDiary Online, you always have full control over the program and possible online costs for data transfer.


The app requests the following rights (explanation in brackets):
• Read and identify phone status (from this the serial number is formed)
• Load Internet access and synchronize data with Wellion SiDiary Online if desired
• Storage access (save data locally on the device)
