I am not a person to usually write reviews at all but this app blew me away. You are getting 300 dollars worth of therapy and more for only 4 dollars... I was extremely against using AI as a therapist but its even better than a therapist it cares more and is more interested and gives you things to think about . A lot of the things it gave me opened my mind to different perspectives that I really needed. And its accessible whenever to have a session multiple times a day if needed .

This app is great! It's really convenient to be able to catch a quick therapy session on the go or a five minute meditation to calm my mind. I've found the longer therapy sessions so helpful in fact that they've replaced my regular Thursday night group therapy sessions! Very impressed with the app interface and the way the AI learns about my specific needs.

This is a very helpful and useful app, especially for people who are budget conscious and do not want to spend hundreds of dollars on traditional therapy. The guided meditations are especially good in that they provide the right balance of structure and relaxation that allows the user a few minutes of tranquility in an increasingly hectic and (often) chaotic world. I have used it for a few weeks and have already noticed an improvement in my mood, especially at night. Recommended!
