Helps with handling client calls. Indespensible service. They also work with you to polish of any preferences, and always striving to adopt to your practice.

Unbelievably bad. Dangerous. Bad for patient care. Hostile and/or incompetent. Annoying. Run the other direction! Better off if a pork chop is answering the phone. Technology doesn't work.
