I have been struggling for 6 weeks now to get a response on the app. I have a weekly charge coming off my account every single week and I do not have premium access. I canceled it within 2 days and got confirmation of cancelation yet they are still charging me. I want have been requesting refunds and no response is given

I wouldn't mind watching a couple of ads per chapter, but this app requires about 50 per chapter. that is way too many for a short little chapter.

As soon as you read four chapters in any book, the app instantly pops up with subscription offers. It gives the opportunity for coins to be earned, but it doesn't offer nearly enough to buy access to the next chapter. And it refuses to offer any alternatives besides watching dozens of ads or paying for a subscription.
