HiFami last year was easier to use and much more fun. The events were exciting, and the overall experience felt simple and enjoyable. Now, there are many changes that make it less enjoyable. The coin top-up is too small, so it’s hard to fully enjoy the app and join activities. The diamonds also feel limited, and the coins received from gifting are too small, which reduces the excitement of interacting in the app. I also hope you can bring back the Royal Heart as a BFF bind feature

This app is terrible... hoping that the developers improve this app. For this new update, 5,000 fam coins for one marshmallow and microphone? this is so unfair. Also, for top-ups, 500 coins for 58.99? not a place for earning. Hope this will be fixed soon, as a user for about a year now, I want you all to be fair to us users. Salamat!

This is a legit paying app, but I have one problem—I can't open my dice to play. I don't know why, but I seriously can't, and whenever I try to open it, it says 'network reconnect'. It's honestly disappointing that I can't open my dice. EDIT: 1 month on this app, no progress. Coins are too hard to earn — only by buying or rare gifts. Playmates now cost roses, used to be free. I think it’ll take 1+ year to withdraw $10 (₱600), I have ₱228. Dice won’t open, says “network reconnect.”
