The new update works, but as an end user that also holds a degree in web/app design & interactive media, this is the absolute worse experience. Words cannot be read, type is too light and too small and making a simple payment was like running blindfolded through a live mine field. I strongly suggest going back to the previous version until you can create a fresh look that works as well for the user as it does for the developers. People won't use an app if it's difficult!!

I have no other option, to use this financial institution, but it is rubbish, the people who help you on the phone are rude, they do not give you the correct information, nowhere do they charge you a fee if you use the app, here they charge you anyway way you pay, horrible horrible horrible.
