I usually don’t write reviews for any app, literally, but this one has frustrated me to the core. I always try to buy things directly from the store, but sometimes, when they’re not available, I have to buy them online. The app has so many glitches—every time, there seems to be a new one. Recently, whenever I tap the search button, the app just closes. So, I tried deleting and reinstalling it, but when I logged in again, I couldn’t see any of the clothes I had added to my wishlist. please fix it

horrible UI. gets logged out randomly. insta to app redirect does not work . most of the time i refrain from shopping from the app is because of how bad the UI is. wishlist goes missing and cart also vanishes sometimes. to top it all off is the annoying fact that they only have return in store option. if nothing changes, might have to explore other brands

Absolutely pathetic experience with westide app. It gets logged out on it's own anytime & we have to login every time we open app. The app is really unpredictable, products don't get added to the cart sometimes even after multiple attempts. The wishlist gets emptied itself sometimes & the product price in the wishlist doesn't show. It shows these glitches even after updates. No wonder it has overall 3.5 rating. Westside really need to listen to fix their website's user interface.
