Was quite happy to see the variety of products on the app. But try adding any product to a wishlist or the cart... phew, that's a task.. sometimes it gets added, usually not. It shows in the cart and then when you proceed to buy, suddenly the cart is empty or only one of five will reflect. Try again, same story. Way too many bugs. Pity.

The app is the worst! takes ages to open and sometimes gets stuck on the landing page. I've added something to the cart and later deleted it. but the app refuses to agree with this fact, no matter how many times I delete, it gets back into the cart. Very bad user experience, despite the great product collection.

I received an incomplete order (Order #2407270). I had ordered a dress with a jacket, but only the jacket was delivered. I have tried placing a return multiple times—calls rarely get answered, and even when support confirms a pickup, the pickup agent refuses to take the item. This has happened four times. I have also emailed your support team but have not received any reply. Please resolve this immediately by completing the pickup or issuing a refund.
