The app showed a 15-day return policy, but after an update, my order suddenly became non-returnable under “GoGreen,” which I never opted for. I couldn't log in for 2 days, and the store refused the digital invoice. I've made around 20 calls and sent multiple emails, yet I still haven't received the bill. Every call means explaining everything to a new person, with zero coordination. Repeated “30-minute” promises have resulted in nothing. No accountability, no communication, no resolution.

Worst policy ever. If you give credit in return of a defective or size problem online product atleast make sure the same product is available at all the stores. I recently bought a jeans , but the size was too big, so i went to a nearby westside store to return it. They gave me e-bill or credit by which I can shop in the store but the product i wanted was not there. It's so inconvenient. Now I have to compromise my choice and pick another product. Worst and a unique experience. Useless

The collection is good but the functioning of the app is ridiculous. after every few days, I have to log in again. However, this time, during the sale period, I am trying to login to my account but it's just failing. I am not able to see my wishlist nor am I being able to checkout. It's just so frustrating. I tried reaching their website through Google, after putting the otp to login or checkout, it's not getting verified. The bug needs to be fixed ASAP. Had a really bad experience.
