I love the app, but having issues with it running slow and having to fresh install it once every 2 days to get it running at a usable speed. Also the keyboard is currently covering the message box on my chat so I can't see what I'm typing and my home buttons are covering the whole bottom section ive tried everything to fix it can this be looked at please ?

After the latest app update, I can't log in; I get an identification error. Nothing helps. I've already changed my password, tried logging in from other phones and different browsers. No results! I can log in via the web page, but I can't clock in and out. You have to help me!

App just gets worse. Now I can't even login on any phone I own "An error occurred, please try again" trying again just gets the same error. Tried clearing the cache and data for the app but to no avail. This app has too many issues given it is thje primary method people have to clock in and check rotas. "Please reach out to your Duty Manager" isn't a valid response, the developers of the app are the ones who need to fix this.
