Manage all the tasks necessary for running a volleyball club in one place with Wevolly.

If you are looking for a club to play with, try joining as a guest first.

■ Schedules and Attendance

When you register recurring regular workouts, a schedule is automatically created.

You can add daily events and record member attendance for each schedule.

■ Member and Guest Management

Check and approve club membership applications. You can also manage the member roster and roles.

For guests, set the recruitment quota for each schedule and approve participation based on the applicant's volleyball profile.

Once guest participation is approved, the pre-set participation fee and bank account details are automatically sent.

■ Dues and Ledger

When you schedule a dues bill, an invoice is generated on the scheduled date and a notification is sent to the member.

Check payment status and outstanding balances, and manage income, expenses, and balances together.

You can set the ledger to be visible only to the administrator or to all members.

■ Notices and Notifications

Post notices and send notifications to members.

You will receive notifications when schedules are changed or canceled.

■ Manage Clubs on the Web

You can use the web management console with the same account as the app.

Manage member lists, attendance, dues, and notices on a large screen.

Find nearby volleyball clubs on the map.

Check activity locations, days of the week, and recruitment information, and apply to join a club that suits you.

■ Play as a Guest First

Before joining a club, apply as a guest for a schedule that is currently recruiting.

Once approved by the management, you can play with the team.

■ Volleyball Continues Off the Court

Communicate with teammates through club chat.

In the community, find guests and opposing teams, and share stories about volleyball.

You can participate in the community even without joining a club.
