The app was great until the update this morning and now I can't send any messages. I've tried to contact Support but no one has responded. I can't even figure out how to roll back the update. I'm extremely unhappy and can't recommend the app to anyone if this is their standard practice. Update: 4 days later and I still have no service for the app. I can't send/receive anything. I've done 2 support tickets with zero live response. Despicable

1. There should be a feature for saving videos contacts save on status directly instead of always going to status saver or screen recording or begging please send😭😂 2. Another feature for having a play track for a video posted on status. so that if you didn't get one thing, you can go back instead of replaying from the beginning 3. Stop reducing picture and video quality😭 Business Whatsapp is a great app. let's make it better

It's the best app for text and calling than other apps like Facebook, tiktok, Instagram and others because it's used directly for numbers. But the only problem is if I'm in a group and they send a lot of messages per second, minutes or day, I don't want to leave the group. Someone cannot mute or by maybe leave the chat by letting our data remain the same. And after joining back, our data continues. But no, even your data will be removed. I would have given it the 5 star.I hope it is fixed soon.
