Very disappointing experience. GPS worked properly during the trial period, but after payment, all tracking stopped. Payment was made through their executive under a “2+2 offer”, but now the app still shows payment pending. The executive is not responding to calls. Support is very poor. Facing serious issues in daily operations because of this. Not recommended .

When I purchased the new GPS, the technician responded promptly. However, now that the GPS is faulty, there has been no proper response to my complaint. I have already reported the issue, but I have not received any support or follow-up. The technician is also not responding to my calls or messages.

App is complete fraud ...since one month I have been trying to get my money back stuck in their fastag..but they have one and another excuses ready and they won't refund any of the amount ...pls pls don't use this app for any of the fastag uses..
