bad customer support & apps are often goes inoperative. since yesterday 11.30 am my wheels eye is not working and customer care support in the apps showing blank, couldn't type complaint. helpless situation and my truck is on the route. Disgusting. Till now no contact from the technician. even technician is not attending the call in spite of many times. Also your apps is not at all user friendly. you are sending a message to confirm the timing again from our side again, inspite of timing given.

In recent time my vehicle(Truck) face an accident. After all the fundamental fitness of the vehicle. I try to connect to service department but the staff are not properly responding and making excuses as well form last 4-5 day but the charge of 300 was already deducted by the staff. This not totally unacceptable action and shows lack of accountability after taking the payment & somebody have to look after this. It was very very urgent for me. I hope somebody understood my concern. Thanks

Very disappointing experience. GPS worked properly during the trial period, but after payment, all tracking stopped. Payment was made through their executive under a “2+2 offer”, but now the app still shows payment pending. The executive is not responding to calls. Support is very poor. Facing serious issues in daily operations because of this. Not recommended .
