This is a fraud application. I purchased a FASTag for my new car, and it immediately showed as blacklisted at toll booths. I contacted customer support multiple times, but they have no idea how to fix the issue. They simply keep delaying and give no proper solution. The worst part? No refund policy at all. Please don’t waste your hard-earned money on this app. Completely unreliable and unprofessional service.

Dear Support Team, I'm informing you that I was adding ₹3800 to my WheelsEye app wallet using my PhonePay app 3 days ago. The balance has been successfully deducted from my account but the WheelsEye wallet is still not showing the balance. Although this has been reported to the care of the wheelseye app through phone and mail, this problem has not been resolved yet, I'm very sad to say that the service of this company is so slow.

Totally unsatisfactory service . kindly note once device installed and payment done ,the agent will not receive calls. The data provided in app are totally wrong from the ground data. one you call service centre these is when you start to do a total 2 hrs of duty to regularly call them and describe the same issue multiple times. at last you get frustrated and then .....
