HOW WHERIO WORKS
1. Create a short-lived session — no account or phone number required.
2. Share the six-character code or join link.
3. Accept the other person, then follow the compass and map until you meet.

• See the direction and distance to each person in your session
• Watch positions update on a shared live map
• Set a meeting point or choose a walkable midpoint
• Use encrypted session chat without leaving the map
• Unlock Wherio Plus for groups of up to four
PRIVATE BY CONSTRUCTION
Locations and chat are end-to-end encrypted between session members. The relay forwards encrypted data it cannot read. Sessions are temporary, and Wherio does not keep a location history.
Wherio is designed for active, short-lived meetups — not continuous family tracking. Use it at festivals, concerts, crowded venues, on trips or wherever “where are you?” needs a clearer answer.
