I scan for my vehicle and the app finds it but I can't actually click on it. When I click on it, it does nothing. If I go to the map it thinks my car is still at the dealership. Like everyone else I was forced into getting this useless alarm system. I thought at least maybe there'd be some cool features that would come along with it like being able to unlock the car through the app if I had to, but no, nothing works on the app making this overpriced alarm system even more worthless.

Leaves much to be desired. When I got my car, I was kind of forced to pay this extra security since the dealership had pre-installed it, and mind you, it wasn't a cheap extra. It worked for a month or so but it doesn't work AT ALL since the last update. It can't find my car even if I'm right next to it, and freezes and crashes. App support is a joke. I'm stuck paying for a security system that DOESN'T WORK!!! FIX IT PLEASE!!!!!

I just bought my car, I haf the alarm turned off and then after hearing all the things I can do I added it. HUGE MISTAKE! I couldn't get it to connect at all,so I drove back to the dealer. They didn't know and had me call the number. While on the phone it connected. We hung up and it was gone. I have a Samsung S21 Ultra, it will not connect at all! My Note 10 connects sometimes, but honestly this app is crazy and they should be giving it away for free because it it not worth anything!
