This was a great app for the 3 weeks that it worked. For the past few days, the app has not listed the vehicle with KARR installed, and when I try to access Vehicles or Glove Box, the app just crashes. Yes, I've un-installed and reinstalled it. Same problem. Not happy that we cannot use a system that we paid for!!!

As a software engineer, I can confidently develop a more effective application than this one. When I tried to track my vehicle, this application only provided its last known location. This was a major disappointment, as it meant I couldn't track my truck in real-time. Additionally, the application's cost-effectiveness was questionable, especially compared to cheaper software that offers dynamic location.

App no longer works. Used to track my vehicle and keep historical logs. Now it won't even connect and some of the menu items when selected just close the app. Tech support told me to delete and reinstall. I tried that but it did nothing. The app is a brick. What a waste of money. Reading other reviews I feel a class action coming. Zero stars.
