The Soft Challenge has its own recommended set of rules and guidelines that are all about creating healthy habits at a steady daily pace.
The Soft Challenge is completely configurable to your personal goals and lifestyle, you can modify the tasks and or the duration as needed! The recommended rules for The Soft Challenge are as follows:
- One 45-minute workout per day, with one day for active recovery every week.
- Eat a Healthy Diet, of your choosing
- Only Drink Alcohol socially, if any at all
- Drink 3 liters of water per day
- Read 10 pages of any book

Forgot to check all the tasks one night so now it's asking if I'd like to mark the day completed or start over however it is stuck on this page and won't accept either response. Only on day 2 of using it! Edited to add that the issue resolved itself after a few hours and there have been no issues since. Thankyou for reaching out.

The concept is there but there are certain bugs that make the quality of this app not quite there yet. You need to either be able to scroll or the menu needs to be bigger in the settings menu on the days page. You can't even read the second option. And you should be able to when setting up start the challenge on a different day than setting up. Most people get their challenges set up BEFORE day 1.

For a dollar, this is great. However, I find it to be a little buggy. I'm not able to save a 6th task, and I've tried re-downloading. I've tried to save the 6th habit multiple times. I'm also unable to start on a specific date. Again, for a dollar, it's a basic app.
