From the makers of the award-winning Star Realms® Deckbuilding Game, Hero Realms® combines the fun of deckbuilding games with the interactivity of trading card game-style combat. As you play, use Gold to add new actions and champions to your deck. When played, those actions and champions generate powerful effects, give you additional gold, and attack your opponent and their champions. If you reduce your opponent's health to zero, you win!

[Non-Collectible Deck Building Game]
Hero Realms does not require you to collect new cards. You start every game with a basic deck, and will acquire cards from the shared center row to build up your deck and defeat your opponent. Victory rewards skill, and not your collection of rare cards!

[Level Up Your Heroes]
Create a hero from one of several classes (free players start with the Fighter and Wizard available). Level them up with new skills, abilities and equipment, and take them to battle in thrilling Online PVP. Hero Realms uses fair match making, only allowing matches between equal levelled heroes. However, if you feel daring, you can choose to engage in combat against higher levelled opponents for additional XP and bragging rights.

[Cooperative Online Play]
Hero Realms also features online co-operative play. Battle against challenging AI bosses with another human player as a partner. Free players have access to the Pirate Lord mission, with other co-op missions available with the Base Set purchase.

[Single Player Campaign]
For offline play, take on the Welcome to Thandar campaign. Fight your way through scripted, story-based chapters against varied AI opponents.

Free players will get to experience:

Ratings and reviews

Was working fine until I downloaded the most recent update. Now I can't even load anything past the opening menu. When I click on any of the menu options "Play online, store, etc" I get a loading wheel and the entire game freezes and I can't do anything other than force close the game. Very frustrating to experience after spending money on it and missing out on games with my friends. I've tried re-installing as well and still nothing works.

Game seems to be broken. When I go to create a new hero, the next screen stays blank. I assume this is where you would choose the class of your hero, but there are no options to select from. Without a hero you can't start a game. I've tried creating a separate account as well as un/re-install, tried on wifi and mobile network, same results. Galaxy S21 if that helps w your feedback. Obviously willing to change my rating pending response, love this game IRL.

Good implementation of the deck building game. Hard AI is a reasonable challenge, which is needed b/c matchmaking often fails. Very swingy & winner frequently determined by early market deck order. Awesome that purchases are shared by account so you can play on other platforms like steam. Loses 1.5 stars for new micro transactions (for more save slots and respec so far, but once a dev goes down this path, they rarely stop) and having no way to win these nice to have upgrades
