Absolutely the worst! Request to cancel membership was ignored for a week until I was charged for another month. Only after I filed a dispute with my credit card company was I able to reach anyone in a "support" capacity. They responded, but were of no help, just more planned frustration to get you to give up. Essentially they stole my money after I tried, in writing to cancel. Well I'm not giving up. These people are highly suspect, and shady.

it glitches a lot! one day you're able to see it in landscape view on your phone the next day you're not one day is recording your progress I haven't been able to see my progress in 2 weeks. I don't want to pull out an iPad or laptop every time I want to take a section of the course I'm in sometimes I need it on mobile to run just as smooth as it did when I first signed up

terrible, I've tried to increase speed for all videos and each time I do it, it errors out saying something went wrong with the video. I've had this issue on tablets, phones and computers and it sucks because I want to speed up some videos so that doesn't can watch them faster since it's like 2 hrs, but instead I have to watch it for the full 2 hrs. if the speed up doesn't work, don't advertise it.
