Just the ticket! Has all info needed and updates quickly. Ads are especially annoying, though. Strengths are expressed in both db and an ambiguous %. Just does the currently-connected network channel. Links to settings to change connection, though. Even lists frequency. Great for plotting "heat map" coverage. Nice. However, does not update channel indicator when auto-switching to a different access point. Have to reload app.

It shows signal strength. Good. But the list of available networks is not sorted or sortable. Totally random. Should be able to sort by gain, strength, and network name. I could not get all channels of my network on the screen at once. No instructions or help function. Ads in missile of screen every minute for get rich quick schemes is annoying. I will ininstall.

What I like is that it reads in real time and reacts quickly to signal fluctuations. If I'm attempting to discover the best place for the router or an extender for the devices I wish to control, this is important. But, while I understand the need for ads, they not only are annoying, they actually hinder one's ability to use the app. That should be something the people in charge should take a hard look at.
