I purchased a Krypton gas cooker from Al Wafa Hypermarket on 19/09/2025, and it turned out to be defective. I went to the store expecting a quick replacement or repair, but was told it would take 15 days to fix. This is completely unacceptable and utterly irresponsible, especially for a family who depends on this appliance. How am I supposed to manage for over two weeks without a cooker? This shows a total lack of customer care and consideration.I demand immediate action eithe a full replacement
