App alerts for scheduled events (meet and greet, shows, feedings, etc) all came in 10-15 past the time the app said it would send it (was supposed to be 10min ahead of the event), which was also after the starting time of the events (happened 3x). Wait times were not accurate (some less time, some far more time). The app would not add my tickets to my account (not season pass types). Uninstalling, bc it's not doing any task that I was hoping it'd help with. 😞
