Ratings and reviews

App alerts for scheduled events (meet and greet, shows, feedings, etc) all came in 10-15 past the time the app said it would send it (was supposed to be 10min ahead of the event), which was also after the starting time of the events (happened 3x). Wait times were not accurate (some less time, some far more time). The app would not add my tickets to my account (not season pass types). Uninstalling, bc it's not doing any task that I was hoping it'd help with. 😞

helps alot on finding how far our next attraction is, but information on the app is not reliable when it comes to seasonal extras like the trick or treat bags where actually at the emporium instead of the Black Light Maze location and the app said the foam party, black light maze and obstacle course was closed for the day. all attractions including the maze, obstacles and foam was open. it's a great app to have instead of worrying about having your passes and entitlements. needs family tracker.
