As of September 18th the game will no longer open! I uninstall, reinstall and the game ONLY STARTS ONE TIME?! Once I close the game I am back to it not starting, only staying idle on the opening screen and it stays locked up until I ONCE AGAIN uninstall and reinstall the game only to have the same thing happen over and over again. I'd love some help. I'll try to get to support if I can reinstall it and look for support for my specific account details.

Everytime I try to launch my game it refuses to load. All my other devices load fine. I've tried everything. However I have to start back at level 1 everytime I play losing everything over and over.

Was amazing until I lost connection with the game server and had long wait time to get game support. But the wait was worth it... my account has been completely restored. I'm so happy!! Be patient if you have any issues and give tech support the time they need!! Excellent resolution!!
