Hello, I have problems accessing my account through the App. It is super slow and I can't make transactions. I am outside of Taiwan at the moment and therefore can't receive messages to my Taiwanese phone number. Is there anyway to get in contact with someone who can speak English and can help me to solve this issue?

The worst appp ever. Every little change you have to go back to the bank. Even a phone number needs to be reset multiple times . Do not bank here
