I'm receiving this app as a work benefit, but there are no instructions or guidance. Willow Labs had not responded to my e-mailed request for help. I really want to start logging meals, but I can't figure out how to group items, change quantities, or basically anything. I'm just so frustrated, at this point.

I love the challenge of staying in the Green Zone.. Nutu makes healthy choices feel simple and motivating. The Nutu Score and AI coach guide me toward small, realistic swaps, helping me feel more energetic, optimistic, and lose weight.

A helpful tool to keep me grounded on the right foods I should be consuming every day. I like the concept of the score versus calorie counting.
