Win Toads

Win Toads is the classic Toads and Frogs sliding puzzle, reimagined as a sunlit pond you solve one row at a time. Toads sit on the left bank and only ever move right; frogs sit on the right and only ever move left. Tap an amphibian to slide it into the open water beside it, or to hop it over exactly one of the other kind. Your goal is simple to state and surprisingly deep to reach: get every group across so the banks are completely swapped. Because nobody can move backward, the order of your moves is everything, and one hasty hop can jam the pond into a dead end. That is the puzzle. Twenty ponds rise from a gentle two-a-side warm-up to a crowded seven-a-side tangle, each with a known shortest solution the game verifies with a real solver. Match that move count under par time for three stars, take a move back with Undo, or ask for a safe next step with Hint. Everything is earned through play - no timers pressuring a purchase, no pay-to-win, no ads gating the fun. Just a calm, clever little brain-teaser that quietly trains planning and foresight.
