Worked great for about a year. Then electronics went haywire. Unable to keep it on one setting, can't turn off beeping, it has a mind of its own and does whatever it wants. Due the price the electronics should be much more reliable than this. I give it a 3 only because when it works, it does very well.

This app is a LOT easier to use than the one I had to use with my GE, or the one Allen has for its devices, it also doesn't offer stuff to you unlolicited nor tries to sell you anything. If I were to suggest any improvements it would be to let the app sense your location and turn off/turn on the ac when you leave or get close to your home, the automatic function is a bit gimmicky and not very intuitive. Other than that I'm very happy. Thanks for not spamming me!

I haven't had the APP for an hour even yet and I am uninstalling it. The APP says the AC unit cannot connect to my WiFi, which is odd as my phone, iPad, Nintendo Switch, and other devices have no problems in the same spot. I only wanted the APP as the remote they provided is going to be a pain to use from across my small bedroom, but I'd rather walk over and press the power button every time than try to get this APP to work on my phone. Obviously, it wasn't made for mobile use.
