Makit is an app that supports your life by taking on the challenge of being the best in your history.
Incorporating the sports mental coaching method supervised by Yoichiro Tsuge of Field Flow, we support athletes to create the best life by clarifying their goals and improving the quality of their daily practice. ..
The main functions are timeline, goal setting, and self-meeting.
■ Timeline
By walking on the time axis of the past, present and future in the smartphone space

It is a coaching method that allows you to find out more than just organizing things in your head.
■ Goal setting
By organizing and disassembling the elements necessary to achieve the goal and scoring the current location, the degree of achievement is visualized.
By clarifying what you are aiming for and increasing your motivation to achieve your goals, you will be able to feel the growth of excitement by practicing with exciting themes every day.
■ Self-meeting
After practicing, by inputting the awareness before and after the performance into the chat, you can verbalize what you feel vaguely and encourage you to organize your thoughts by looking back on what you were able to do.
