unbelievable, app wouldn't even open on my Samsung phone for 6 months due to "incompability", reinstalled seveal rimes to no avail, ocbc staff says many issues with many customers and nothing can be done. shouldn't even have an app at this level of poor tech capabilities. for a bank, sigh....

It's the worst banking app I ever encountered. I Couldn't log in since last week, and it crashed and stopped running. I wonder why there are no updates and bug fixes for this horrible banking app?!

There is something wrong with the app in using biometrics interface. I found the app simply dropped itself out ("failed to proceed to request thumb print" in my case) once biometrics was turned on. (Mine is a Android device.)
