There is something wrong with the app in using biometrics interface. I found the app simply dropped itself out ("failed to proceed to request thumb print" in my case) once biometrics was turned on. (Mine is a Android device.)

It's the worst banking app I ever encountered. I Couldn't log in since last week, and it crashed and stopped running. I wonder why there are no updates and bug fixes for this horrible banking app?!

I try to check transaction history for last 10 days, the system could not do it like before. I will definitely uninstall it if the condition persits
