As an independent contractor driver using the Wingz platform, you can provide safe, reliable transportation to members including seniors and individuals with mobility needs—while maintaining control over your own schedule and driving preferences.

Basic Requirements

- Must be at least 25 years old (consistent with insurance and partner requirements)
- Meet all applicable state and platform eligibility requirements
- Own or have access to a 4-door vehicle (2010 or newer recommended) in good working condition
- Maintain a valid driver’s license, insurance (with your name on it), registration and safe driving record
- Ability to communicate effectively with members and support teams
- Commitment to safety, reliability, and professional service

Onboarding & Compliance Requirements

To access trip opportunities on the Wingz platform, drivers must complete applicable requirements, which may include:

- Background screening and motor vehicle record check
- Drug screening
- Vehicle inspection
- Completion of required safety and passenger-assistance training
- Proof of personal auto insurance meeting state requirements
