One of the on time airlines in the world.👏🏼🥇 I have been traveling with Airarabia for 12 years now🫡👍🏼🤝🏻 But, recently, some critical issues have happened because of the low quality of some inexperienced pilots! So, as long as they are employed, I preferably use other airlines. They must work from scratch and hire qualified European aviation specialists. With the current method, there's no bright future for this humble airline.

Very bad flight experience, bad service,bad app and seat reservation, weird airbus not good at all, My Baggage nearly all damaged, one of the devices was completely inoperable. I don't suggest them at all. Competitors have working wifi, better customer service from agents, whole better dealing with baggage,better aircraft.

The worst airline services. They will overbook the plain and they will charge you for it. And then they will cancel the booking claiming that the airplane is full although the online system shows more than 15 seats available. Then the agent on the phone clearly say that there is no guarantees to change the booking. Definitely the worst service ever.
