Ratings and reviews

Misleading Air Rewards program. I paid AED 4,120.90 for my ticket. Based on their own rules (points earned on fare + surcharges), I should have received far more points, yet only 2,000 points were credited. Customer service acknowledged the policy but did not credit the correct amount. Do not rely on Air Rewards points being awarded properly.

Sometimes the option to modify the flight didn't work on the app, and you have to connect with customer service and pay 40 AED when it's supposed to be free. And the agents don't care about the technical issue, they insist on you having to pay even though it's their system is the problem.

I forget my app password when I retrieve my new password and got email to change. but page couldn't opened I reset phone and refresh a lot of time. my home 5G wifi connection is very strong showing. I want to book tickets but this page waisted lot of time..
