Win Path is a focused grid puzzle where every move counts. Connect the start square marked S to the finish square marked F by tapping adjacent cells, avoid blocked tiles, and discover the shortest possible route. Win Path turns pathfinding into a calm, tactile challenge you can pick up in seconds and refine over many levels.

🗺️ CORE GAMEPLAY

Each round presents a square grid with a green start cell in the corner and a gold finish cell in the opposite corner. Tap neighboring cells to extend your route one step at a time — up, down, left, or right, never diagonally. Every selected cell joins your path and is numbered so you always see the sequence of your decisions.

The challenge is to reach the finish efficiently. Win Path calculates the optimal step count for each layout and displays it during play alongside your level and current step total. Compare your progress against that optimal value and adjust your strategy before you tap the final tile.

Tap a cell that is not adjacent to your path head and Win Path shows a brief shake animation as instant feedback. Made a wrong turn? Tap any previously numbered cell on your route to rewind to that point and try a different direction without restarting the entire level.

🚧 OBSTACLES AND LEVEL DESIGN

Blocked cells appear on every level and cannot be entered. As your level number grows, obstacle density increases gradually, forcing you to plan detours and recognize when a straight line is impossible. Each layout is procedurally generated and checked so a valid route always exists between start and finish.

Grid size starts compact and expands as you progress — from an 8×8 board up to a 12×12 maximum. Higher levels offer more space but also more walls, so difficulty scales in a steady, predictable way rather than through sudden jumps.

📐 LEVEL PROGRESSION

Win Path saves your current level, levels completed, and personal score record on your device. Reach the finish tile to complete a stage and save progress towards the next level number. The main menu displays Current Level, Levels Completed, and your highest score so you always know where you stand.

Press Play Again after a result to replay the same layout or move forward — the next level loads immediately when you finished within two steps of the optimal route. Each new stage brings a fresh obstacle arrangement, so one solved pattern never repeats on the next board.

📊 LIVE STATS DURING PLAY

While you solve a puzzle, the header bar shows three values: Level, Steps, and Optimal. The step counter updates with every valid tap, keeping efficiency visible throughout the round. This open information encourages thoughtful routing instead of random tapping across the grid.

🏅 SCORING

When you connect start to finish, Win Path evaluates your run and assigns a score. Paths closer to the optimal length produce higher point totals. Extra steps lower your base value, while completing higher-numbered levels adds a level bonus to the result.

Your highest score is stored automatically and shown on the main menu. Return in a later session and try to improve that personal record on a newly generated layout.

✅ RESULTS SCREEN

After each completed route, Win Path opens a results summary with your step count, optimal step count, level number, and score for that attempt. Outcome messages reflect your accuracy: matching the optimal count means you found the shortest path, landing within two extra steps earns a strong result message, and wider gaps invite you to study the grid and try again.

From the results screen, tap Play Again to retry or continue, or Main Menu to refresh your saved statistics on the home screen.

🎮 CONTROLS

Win Path is designed for touch input with large tap targets and clear cell colors. The main menu has a Play button that loads your saved current level instantly.
