Good grief! Since their last update, their app is a no-go. Worked well prior, but now tapping it will make it flash, and then nothing. No trying to start up; just a quick blink. Tried 4 times re-downloading in last 3 weeks, still not fixed. Prob "updated" by the same folks where many of the hotel room's tv channels fail to work. But that's another story...

Keeps saying app not responding since the last update now i cant see my bonuses and any other information which is annoying otherwise it's a good app ... for a $48.5M comoany youd think a stupid app would funxtion properly this is annoying when you constantly lose money and offers because the stupid app can't log in

When I say this app is the worst, believe it. It took me 30 minutes for the ring of death to stop so I could do anything within the app. once I got in, I got the ring of death again and it took an additional 8 minutes to do anything. The first one was quick and very easy to maneuver. This one is a joke! I'm deleting it and never using it again. Whhyyyyy?!!!!!
