Good grief! Since their last update, their app is a no-go. Worked well prior, but now tapping it will make it flash, and then nothing. No trying to start up; just a quick blink. Tried 3 times re-downloading in last 2 weeks, still not fixed. Prob worked on by same folks who can't get more than a third of the hotels tv channels to work.

02/10/2025, been doing this for 2 months now. App is not usable. Open app, it pops up message to update and a list of new features, but when u click update...it says there's no update. Uhh ok. You can't get passed the update message... so app is unusable. Perfect example of why not to roll out updates without testing them. All that does is cause frustration and loss of business. I'll head over to Choctaw. Their app actually works

sometimes the app allows you to log in, and other times it just sits and spins after you enter the verification code. it may do this for days. please fix this. 12/1 still not fixed. only works at WinStar, not at all away from there.
