🏋️ CAMERA-ASSISTED STRENGTH PRACTICE
Win Training is a strength exercise companion for users who want to organize sessions and pay closer attention to movement rhythm, body position, and repetition control. The app combines a camera view, animated guidance, exercise prompts, a timer, repetition records, and recent activity.
📷 VISUAL TRAINING VIEW
Win Training includes a camera-assisted session screen on supported devices. After camera access is allowed, the selected exercise appears with an animated joint-and-limb overlay.
The screen displays the exercise name, elapsed time, repetition count, a guidance message, and a visual form reference. These values support attention during practice. They are not medical measurements and do not confirm that an exercise is performed correctly.
✅ GENERAL MOVEMENT PROMPTS
Win Training presents short reminders connected to the guided animation. Prompts may suggest keeping the knees aligned with the toes, maintaining a neutral spine, using steady tempo, keeping balanced foot pressure, or controlling movement depth.
The app does not diagnose injuries or identify medical conditions. Users should select suitable movements and end the session if they feel pain, dizziness, or unusual discomfort.
💪 INCLUDED EXERCISES
Win Training contains six activities:
• Squat — knee, hip, and spine positioning
• Deadlift — back position, hip movement, and lifting path
• Push-up — shoulder position, core control, and depth
• Lunge — knee direction, balance, and controlled stepping
• Shoulder Press — elbow, wrist, and overhead position
• Plank — spine, pelvis, and shoulder stability
Selecting an exercise opens its session with a suggested repetition or duration target, timer, animated guide, and controls.
⏱️ SESSION INFORMATION
Win Training keeps workout information together on one screen. The timer records elapsed time, while the repetition counter follows the guided movement sequence. Feedback messages and the form reference meter change during the animation.
Users can finish a session at any time. The completion panel shows the duration, repetition total, and session reference percentage before the activity is added to recent history.
📊 PROGRESS OVERVIEW
Win Training includes a progress area for reviewing activities. Saved entries show the exercise name, repetition count, session percentage. The Home screen presents session count, average form reference, and total repetitions.
⚙️ DISPLAY SETTINGS
Win Training provides controls for the body skeleton, error indicators, motion guidance, and haptic feedback. These settings manage the overlay, visible emphasis, movement path, and vibration response on supported devices.
🛡️ RESPONSIBLE USE
Win Training is intended for general exercise organization and visual practice support. It is not a medical device and does not replace a qualified trainer or healthcare professional.
Users should secure the device, clear the surrounding area, choose suitable movements, and follow appropriate safety practices. Win Training provides general visual prompts and activity records without promising guaranteed results.
