Ratings and reviews

Card offering a new tier bases reward schemes are definitely the best I've come across recently. The app itself has just undergone a refresh, there are some issues still to be resolved (e.g. rewards not showing in currencies other than USD) but on the whole is more responsive and fluid than previous version.

The app and company are misleading. The company insists that you can order the debit card from many countries, without defining restricted countries clearly or specifically. The app only tells you when try to order the card. The company should never be trusted at all. Something wrong is going on. The app itself is a mess that many people have complained about. The app is unusually slow. Responses to taps in some areas of the app are absurdly slow. optimization of the app is terrible.

Very useful app but very slow and buggy. Often just got stuck on some screen or in the middle of the screens. Very buggy and slow transaction list. It takes couple of seconds to react on a finger. When checking transactions after few transactions it starts to show the same transaction details for each line, which is very confusing. Alternatively it could just hung. And there are more less critical UI glitches. Support is reachable but I have not seen anything fixed from what I have reported.
