I guide you through all the parts of yin yoga that make it easier to start and maintain a continuous yoga practice.
Just a few yin yoga sessions can give you a flexible, pain-free body and a harmoniously calm and energetic mind.
Yin yoga is one of the most accessible styles of yoga. It can be done by anyone, anytime, anywhere and it suits all ages and body types.
In this app, I have created passports adapted for every conceivable need and situation. In addition to longer, general yoga sessions, there are sessions designed for specific challenges, such as menopause or sleep problems, and others that focus on specific goals, such as "For Golfers" or "After Work."
There are also programs with a special focus on psychological well-being and stress. The app contains beautiful and clear photographs of the different positions, with variations so you can choose which one suits your body. Close your eyes, relax and let my voice guide you through all the yoga poses - just as if you were a student in one of my yin yoga classes. I'll time you for three or five minutes, and support you with prompts for relaxation in the meantime. My guides contain up-to-date information and facts about the body and mind. And if I talk too much, you can choose less guidance. You can also customize your experience with background sounds to my voice, such as music, ocean waves or tropical rain.
The other teacher in the app is Mats Nielsen, experienced meditation teacher, who guides you in several of the different meditations.
If you do yin yoga daily, that's great, if you only do it a few times a week, that's also great, and if you only do it once, that's just as great.
Because don't forget, the best yoga is the one that ends!
