I have had this camera system for a couple years now and it is constantly having issues w loading the "device". Cameras are great when you have a dedicated monitor for them but if you are trying to access it through this app good luck. I am constantly removing the device and adding it on again only to have a connection failure again. Considering the amount of money we spend on this system it would be nice for it to be reliable and dependable!!

Update: I've since downgraded back to 2.0.1 and it works as advertised. No more disconnections. Suggestions to anyone, avoid the Samsung Security and Hanwha products. They'll end compatibility for your devices after a year or two apparently. I've been using this app since before the layout change (late 2017). There have been issues, but they've always been resolved. For about a month now I've been unable to access my cameras. I've had to re-add the device every day, and even then it only works once. Close the app and the device won't connect anymore. Some times it doesn't work at all.

I installed it, plugged it in, programmed it on a DNS setting & has worked so smoothly, you can switch between sd/HD viewing, wish it was viewed in HD only, still playing with the settings but I will change it from DNS to a static too see if it loads faster, it should, the ir cut filter sensor went bad recently on 1 camera but I can fix unless you can send me a replacement pls? Cause the system been over the year mark from Sam's club, I love this product, easy to install, setup & use🤙🏽😃📽
