The app & Camera are horrible! I received this as a baby gift 6 months ago and all it does is keeps disconnecting.. I get the dreaded spinning circle.!! It doesn't stay connected. I can't get the music to change and it always says that the air quality is bad in the room (which we have air purifiers in it)... so frustrating! This was not something I would have picked myself.. now it can't be taken back & the person wasted money on something I can't use to monitor the baby with.

Well, this p.o.s. thing has gotten even worse, I did not think it was possible. A couple of weeks ago it just stopped logging any activity (I've been paying the ridiculous subscription for a couple of years btw), and even stopped logging the regular 24h timelapse. After struggling fruitlessly for a couple of days, I decided to re-install the app. Guess what: now I cannot even log back into my account, just says "oops there have been a connectivity problem, try again later". Hate this so much.

"Oops. There seems to be a connectivity problem. Please try again later" Over and over, Doesn't matter if you use wifi, cable or cellular, only worked properly (past tense) on one device (nokia 3.1) which had been setup about a year ago, the app wont work on my other devices and simply is rubbish. in my experience performing worse over time. Cannot recommend this product for the high prices these devices cost, especially with a disfunctional app.
