Failed to Start verification. Please try again. After the 15th time of receiving that error mgs on the GET STARTED purple sign in....You be the judge. Do you try to continue to direct deposit 2 bi weekly salaries?

had my account for about 10 minutes. right after I made my first transaction (which was through cash app), I got an email saying my account was closed. no reason was given of course. weeks later when I received a check for the remaining funds, it was addressed to me and from me meaning someone associated with this bank doesn't know how to address mail properly. I also deduce that they have no idea how to run a banking app either. pretty retarded if you ask me.

I found this app and John at customer service extremely helpful. My Disability benefits even came a wk early. These negative reviews had to have been past bugs.. Im grateful to have found this bank.
