Can NEVER simply sign in, requested to reset password a trillion times since I've had the app downloaded, type in a new password and tells me I can't use the old password, which is the one I was trying to sign in with to begin with! What a pain! This app is so not worth the stress! Can't even get signed in to deactivate my account so I can move on 😡

If I could give zero stars I would! Do not get a loan with them! They will dig you into a bigger hole than you were in to start. The interest is very hidden and I am paying more to have the loan than they even gave me. $900 loaned but the interest is 1200!!!!! DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM. And the signing in is terrible. It does everything in its power to not let you in. They are sharks, I promise you want to stay away.

not very friendly, very unprofessional, the first time I got an unsecured loan I paid it off with my first payment and after that I'd get emails and letters to my home, So then when I had an emergency and tried to get another they decline, and refuse without any explanation. but one told me the truth you paid it off to soon and will refuse you from now on, but the excuse she was told to say was I don't have a a steady form of income or a job when I've been on disability for over 15yrs , thanks
