The app is crap. can't login with it or on the website! Beyond annoying! Chat doesn't help either. No one is responding unless you send multiple chats in a row and then they say, I'm looking into this. Please be patient. You could tell people that after the first chat message is sent! it shouldn't take 10 minutes for a chat response. let me login already!

Can NEVER simply sign in, requested to reset password a trillion times since I've had the app downloaded, type in a new password and tells me I can't use the old password, which is the one I was trying to sign in with to begin with! What a pain! This app is so not worth the stress! Can't even get signed in to deactivate my account so I can move on 😡

Do not use these people for any loan service. I was a very great customer with them on two separate loans that I repaid a ridiculous interest rate back on both loans not late ever and paid both back in full on time. when I went to do my third loan I was approved but then denied with no valid reason. I an extremely displeased with my service after paying back loyally two loans. They definitely lost my services and I suggest no one use them.
