About this app

Quoted two hours and it took three? Window Quote prices window cleaning from your own price list and learns how long your jobs really take.

• Count windows by type: standard, large/picture, French/divided-lite, skylights, screens and tracks
• Outside, inside or both, with 2nd-story and 3rd-story surcharges for outside work
• Your price list: price and minutes per side, labor per hour, minimum charge
• Discount, then Sales tax, GST or VAT; USD, AUD or GBP
• Total and expected time on site, live as you count
• After the job, record the real time. Each window type gets a personal factor from your last jobs, and new quotes show "Calibrated from your last N jobs" with the factors behind it. Turn it off anytime.
• Customers and job-site addresses saved on your phone
• PDF quote with your business name and contact, ready to share
• CSV of every quote and job
• No account, no cloud, no ads. Everything stays on your phone until you share it.

Free: unlimited quotes, customers and price list; job-time records and calibration from up to 5 jobs. Window Quote Pro (monthly or annual subscription): unlimited job records and history, calibration from your last 10 jobs, PDF quotes and CSV export.

Prices and times are estimates from your own price list and records. You decide the final price.
