Ratings and reviews

The Application and customer service are very poor. I have been waiting over 3 weeks for them the fix the issue of their credit card system because it does not accept any, I have tried Amex, Visa, Mastercard and KNET!! And for some reason I cannot top-up or use cash. Absolutely ridiculous. I contacted their customer service once via E-Mail, (their number does not respond and they do not have whatsapp) and they told me to give them a contact number and I have been waiting ever since!

Awesome app Easy to use. competitive prices.. And great experience, would never choose another type of chauffeur service. Excellent driver's, great pick up,absolutely wonderful and clean car.
