customer support is bad. promo doesn't work. i was fully charged. and their support is always offline. their WhatsApp support common reply is "still checking" every 20 minutes. bad experience. not recommended. Their 20% promo is a scam. They charge you the full amount and put the rest in their wallet. And if you want the money back in your bank, they tell you to wait 15 business days.

Bad experience with driver and poor handling of complaint I used this service and the driver threw my suitcase on the ground, breaking one of the wheels. When I reported it, the driver denied everything, even though the damage was clearly fresh and the suitcase was wrapped and intact before. Very disappointing handling of the complaint — they insisted on video proof instead of taking customer responsibility seriously.

Bought out by Careem so if you're like me and had terrible experience with Careem and seek an alternative, don't bother with this one. Won't let me delete my account, on the app it takes me to Whatsapp customer service and on WhatsApp they tell me they're "not allowed" to delete it.
