very bad app, who asked or gave you permission to deduct 50% of cab fare and add it to apps wallet?? then it takes 3 to 15 days to return to my card!! never using this app again

excellent service, timely accurate and punctual, well trained drivers, well maintained cars..

The Application and customer service are very poor. I have been waiting over 3 weeks for them the fix the issue of their credit card system because it does not accept any, I have tried Amex, Visa, Mastercard and KNET!! And for some reason I cannot top-up or use cash. Absolutely ridiculous. I contacted their customer service once via E-Mail, (their number does not respond and they do not have whatsapp) and they told me to give them a contact number and I have been waiting ever since!
