Ratings and reviews

Inexperienced drivers and unprofessional service. I had a ride scheduled from the airport T4, the driver went to the other airport although the location was specified in the app. He was late 30 minutes from the scheduled time. His driving was sloppy turning on other drivers and causing dangerous situations multiple times, I wasn't comfortable the whole ride. I contacted customer service on all of the issues, but none were resolved and nothing was done for my behalf.

وهقني بالمطار خصم المبلغ مني ١٢ دينار وما واستقبلو الطلب . وبعدين يقولك حطينا المبلغ المخصوم بالمحفضه . من افشل ما رأيت . وهقوني انا واسرتي They delayed me at the airport and deducted 12 dinars from my card ((and they didn't receive the request)). Then they put the deducted amount in my wallet. This is one of the worst things I've ever seen. They made my family and me suffer. Please, if you don't know how to create an application, don't do this and cause trouble for people.

The Application and customer service are very poor. I have been waiting over 3 weeks for them the fix the issue of their credit card system because it does not accept any, I have tried Amex, Visa, Mastercard and KNET!! And for some reason I cannot top-up or use cash. Absolutely ridiculous. I contacted their customer service once via E-Mail, (their number does not respond and they do not have whatsapp) and they told me to give them a contact number and I have been waiting ever since!
