The app has worked well for me in the past, but lately hasn't allowed me to finish a transaction once I've signed in. I usually have to go to the website to actually book the tickets. Other than that, I've had no problems! All the showtimes are easily accessible. I don't know if it was just my phone or the app itself, but I have had a couple others I know say it's been buggy towards the end of the transaction.

I'm very disappointed to see that you have added service fees on the app. To add insult to injury, it's $2 per ticket, not just a flat service fee for the whole purchase. Movies are already expensive enough, to add $2 more for each ticket is an insult. I already don't go to the Movies very often because of the price, but now I'll be going a lot less!

Lately app has been stuck in various points in the transaction (i.e. can't continue past backstage members login, or can't continue past seat selection). It's frustrating as I don't want to go through an app like Atom and pay surcharges on top of tix prices. The B&B website seems ok, but just not as convenient as an app...that is if it ever worked.
