Crashes as soon as you open the "theaters" tab. Super inconvenient and looks like it's been an unresolved problem for months. Landmark I hope you are reading this! Also it's really annoying that there doesn't seem to be a way to save a form of payment on the app so you need to enter your card number every time. Every other theater and ticket app allows you to save a form of payment. Fix these issues, Landmark!!!

There are just so many weird design choices in this app, it's not completely unusable but it's hard to recommend over something like Fandango. Here are just a couple strange choices: Inaccessible text on the date picker for showtimes (yellow on white) with numbers instead of days When entering your birthdate for account creation you get a calendar modal that starts Today and I had to scroll back 40 years manually! You can't just enter the date... wth. It's also just disjointed and modal heavy

For 3 days still cannot upgrade my account on the web (Edge, Chrome, FF), or app, or at theater, so not continuing with ticket purchase. Theater says to contact customer support, customer support says go to theater. Classic circle jerk.
