We are Platinum members, love the theatre location and concept of the paid subscriptions however the app does not work, nor does the desktop when we log into reserve tickets. Did all of the things, uninstall / reinstall, changed PW and still nothing. All of the phone numbers we called lead to nowhere - either a "full mailbox" or no way to connect with a person or a way to leave a message. No tech support, no email contact information. Insane in 2025

Not an app. This is eaentially a web browser thst ends up taking you to their website. does not add convenience like keeping track of my rewards. Does not work any different than me going to their website. I will still gladly pay the Fandango mark-up for you adding 0 features.

App doesn't work very well. Despite having a membership and signing in on my web browser, the app doesn't allow me to sign in with the same info; Saying that my account doesn't exist.
