Ratings and reviews

Only logs you in for a session, it doesn't stay logged in once you leave the app. Log in isn't even the right word, you just type in your phone and name. So I can log into anyone's account if I know thier phone number which is crazy. But due to that lack of security it doesn't even save payment method... so you have to enter that again every time also. and for all of those convenient features I've listed, it charges a 30% "convenience fee" to purchase online. 30%!!!

I LOVE B&B THEATRES!!! BUT... lately, the APP has not been friendly. It sends you to a third party to pay for tickets, doesn't accurately record rewards or ticket purchases, and when I try to log out and back in, it says my password is wrong. So, I clicked forgot password which requires my email, but the login is a phone number. I really would say it's me or my phone, but my tablemate is having the same issues on their phone. Again, this is NOT a reflection on the theatres... just the app.

This app is awful. It used to be okay before whatever update they did last. Now I can't log in at all. It tells me my password is incorrect but when I try to update the password it wants me to click a link in my email that sends me back to the app. I've gone in circles several times unfortunately. Guess I'll just check showtimes and availability online and purchase in person instead.
