Ratings and reviews

Lately app has been stuck in various points in the transaction (i.e. can't continue past backstage members login, or can't continue past seat selection). It's frustrating as I don't want to go through an app like Atom and pay surcharges on top of tix prices. The B&B website seems ok, but just not as convenient as an app...that is if it ever worked.

The app says I've never bought tickets even though I have. My tickets never load to the app, so I always have to use my email. No way to see details of purchases, only points totals. The online booking fee isn't waived if you use the app to buy tickets, as it is with almost every other theater. The absolute worst loyalty experience and app that I've ever used. What a terrible customer experience. The company obviously doesn't care because 1 star ratings are what they have the most of.

Beyond useless. Saw the 1 star ratings and figured they were overblown. I wanted to sign into the app after I created a backstage account the last time I went to the movies. The app wants you to use your phone number when you sign in but when it fails it says your email address is incorrect but I have no way of putting in my email address. You then try using the contact us button in the app and it says that the email address you are trying to send it to(being b&bs) email is invalid.
