Only logs you in for a session, it doesn't stay logged in once you leave the app. Log in isn't even the right word, you just type in your phone and name. So I can log into anyone's account if I know thier phone number which is crazy. But due to that lack of security it doesn't even save payment method... so you have to enter that again every time also. and for all of those convenient features I've listed, it charges a 30% "convenience fee" to purchase online. 30%!!!

of all the theater apps I've used, this one is by far the most complicated one. it doesn't keep you logged in. most of the time, it doesn't even let me log into my account. Never shows current tickets in the app. if you attempt to see your account, it takes you to the Web page, instead of keeping you in the app. this shouldn't be that complicated.

The app has worked well for me in the past, but lately hasn't allowed me to finish a transaction once I've signed in. I usually have to go to the website to actually book the tickets. Other than that, I've had no problems! All the showtimes are easily accessible. I don't know if it was just my phone or the app itself, but I have had a couple others I know say it's been buggy towards the end of the transaction.
