Compute the following weightlifting statistics:

Tonnage: it is the total accumulated weight lifted over a specific period (e.g., a workout or week), calculated as Total Reps x Weight

Average Intensity: The average weight lifted across multiple sets or exercises, calculated by dividing your total tonnage by the total number of reps performed.

Volume (or Volume Load): The total amount of work done in a session or week. It is typically calculated as: Sets x Reps x Weight

Where all of these are limited to the exercise in question. So for squat, you would do this just for the squat. The metrics are computed per exercises with the time period being the entire CSV, for the week period, and for every 4 week period.
