The app is just okay. Could be much improved. My biggest concern is the price of the replacement filters $22 each! The whole purpose of this is to save money and save the environment by not having so much waste. $199 for a plastic frame and smart sensor with only one filter? Replacement filters cost.$22 ! They are good filters, Merv 13. However, will need to replace often you can buy other brand filters for like $5 each.

GARBAGE, I installed it January 2nd. It seemed to work okay at first and then I noticed that the sensor would say that the fan should be on and it wasn't. So I thought okay something's wrong with it. I figured I'd reset it and it would be okay mistake. Now I can't delete device. I can't add the device. I can't delete the account. I can't add an account and the device only shows as trying to pair with Bluetooth can't add it. It never comes out of that state. I even tried it on another phone same

User interface is intuitive and easy to use! Make monitoring and learning about IAQ a breeze. I havent needed to do a filter change yet but I am sure its smooth and seemless.
