Reflection of updates from workday to app takes a very long time. Been trying to change my contact information for months already but the only thing I receive is an email to my Zimbra that they're working on it. I just wanted to redeem my points!!!

My previous experience was good. I was able to redeemed my points smoothly. Now that I finally received a notification through Zimbra about my Loyalty points being credited, the app won't work. Kept on asking to enter my phone number to avail benefits but kept on receiving an error: Unauthorized. I did delete and reinstalled it sooo many times .

why have an app if you cant login because you need token or code that you can only open in the office and not outside work.
