There are constantly problems with not being able to log in. It's not a quick problem that you can successfully log in an hour later, it lasts days sometimes. This was supposed to make it easier to check my work schedule, but I still need to go into work to get my schedule since work jam is unreliable. The 2 step verification is ridiculous too.

The app was trash to start, it's slow, it lags, doesn't want to connect even on my work site. As of today, I can't even get the thing to load, even after updating it, the pages load to a white screen. I can't even contact support. I would give zero stars if I could. I also can't log in after reinstalling the app.

This app is trash. It took over a month from my hire date for the authentication error to be resolved (logging in takes you to a blank page that never loads.) If your manager calls technically support, they don't know what to do if your login is spelled correctly. The ticket was escalated, and they left me a voice mail telling me to make sure my login info is correct, and that would fix the problem. Eventually, they fixed the authentication problem, but now it's happening again.
