1. Not enough options, 2. No sync to google fit ( or at least I haven't seen it), 3. The animations are ireal ( there is a animated women movingsuper fast in some exercises instead of having same speed as recommended in the exercise ) 4. No choice for low impact for knees 5. No choice to avoid strain on lower back 6. And others... But it is quite add free and I feel quite good after it which is why I give 3 stars ( although I have knee and back issues so I avoid exercises that impact them )

I like the workout but the app just stole my money when I paid to remove ads, my account was charged but I still get ads. That's a quick way to get someone to hate your app, steal from them

Honestly this app takes you from beginner to intermediate to advance but the exercises are exactely the same. Lol. Give it a try if your wanting to start out, great for absolute beginner's, funny
